Mary K. Costello Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Mary K. Costello (Norwood, Pennsylvania). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Mary farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mary is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her significant other John Costello; her children, Maureen (Zak) and John (Meghan); and her grandson Sean. She is also survived by her loving brothers, sisters-in-laws, and many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Penn St. and Morton Ave. Ridley Park. A Mass will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to The Bernadine Center founded in 1986 by the Bernardine Franciscan Sisters to help address the many challenges of low-income Chester residents, which my mother cared about intensely.
