We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2025, at the age of 90, Gerald F. McConnell of Oakdale, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Gerald's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Gerald has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McConnell and Salome Maloy McConnell; his significant other Evelyn Zollars McConnell; and his siblings, Patricia Sharkey, Ethel DeFiore, Claire Koslosky, Craig McConnell, Randall McConnell and Regis McConnell.
He is survived by: his sister Marion Woodward.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thomas-Little Funeral Service Inc. and Crematory- Oakdale (5000 Noblestown Rd, Oakdale, PA 15071). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
