She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry B. Miller and Angeline Miller (King); and her siblings, Duane Miller, Judith Barr (Miller) and Dolores (Miller).
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Paul Ernest Berkebile; her sister Kay Rumbaugh (Miller); her daughters, Susan Trankocy (Berkebile), Deborah Hermes (Berkebile), Dr. Brenda Raphael (Berkebile) and Karen Duffy (Berkebile); and her grandchildren, Randy Jones, Shannon Dubensky (Jones), Caitlin Jones, Kyle Hermes, Sean Hermes, Haley Raphael, Heather Raphael, Jack Duffy, Tom Duffy, Luke Duffy and Lauren Duffy.
In her memory, donations to the Alzheimer's Association are welcome.
