With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Grace Elaine Grossman Kozak of Oakmont, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 84. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles G. Kozak; her children, Kelly Grace Kessler (Daniel), Susan E. Kozak (late Paul Molloy) and Jane Kozak Burgh (Dale); her grandchildren, Zachary Klesser, Christopher Kozak (Sarah), Lauren Fernandez (Brian), Catherine Kessler and Ainsely Burgh; her great grandchildren, Cameron Kozak and Ryan Kessler; and her close friends, Robert Hinds and Laurie Exler.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (923 Saxonburg Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15223). A Mass will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (2510 Middle Rd, Glenshaw, PA 15116).
