He is survived by : his children, Donna Cramer of Farmington, Mark Burnsworth (Linnea) of Erie, Kathern Piper (Robert) of Ohiopyle, Jeramiah Burnsworth (Molly) of Ohiopyle, Joseph Burnsworth of Ohiopyle and John Clacko of Ohiopyle.
