It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ellen Mansfield of Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her son Francis Richard "Rich" Mansfield, III of Oil City; her pet Brownie; her granddaughter Shyra J. Mansfield of Florida; her great grandchildren, Lilah Mae Guy of Florida and Levi Vincent Guy of Florida; her siblings, Edward Conn (Sharon) of Reno, PA, Leonard Conn (Vickie D.) of Oil City, Vicki A. Conn of Franklin, Leane Morris (Rick) of Findlay, OH and Diane Poythress (Billy) of Rocky Mountain, NC; her step-mother Dorothy Conn of Seneca; her nieces and nephews, Stacy L. Conn (Bryan) of Reno, Brandy L. Ferricks (Dave) of Reno, Kyle Conn of Niles, OH, Karrie Kearney (Mark) of Rocky Grove, Nathaniel Conn of Oil City and Nerissa Conn of Oil City; her great-nieces, Imogen Kulling, Ione Kulling and Eloise Komula; and her caregivers, Mark, Cassie, Andrea and Tabitha.
