She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Shaffer and Helen Slatterly Shaffer; and her former life partner Ronald R. Bolam. She is survived by : her husband Michael C. Ward of Oil City; her children, Michael Bolam (Suzanne Cook) of Pittsburgh and Kari Zeigler (Howard) of Evans City, PA.; her grandchildren, Breana, Gavin, Rachael, Willow, Waylon, Walker and Wynter; and her siblings-in-law, Stephen Ward (Karen) of Carlisle and Mary Kay Daugherty (Patrick) of Erie.

Memorials may be made to a charity of ones' choice.
