With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Anne Wagner of Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 19, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph C. Wagner Jr. and Marietta A. Wagner (Stiller); and her brother David M. Wagner. She is survived by : her nephews, Dominic and Drake; her siblings, Nancy Mullen of West Chester, PA and Timothy Wagner (Janet) of Oil City; her sister-in-law Katie Wagner of Kentucky; her nieces and nephews, Philip Wagner (Melissa May) of Seneca, Joseph Wagner (Candace) of Slippery Rock, Shannon Wagner (Daniel Buzard) of Oil City, Jennifer Cherry (Greg) of Oil City and Stephanie Mullen of Maryland; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dominic, Drake Schubert, Philip, Zachary, Destiny, Logan and Kara Wagner.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hile-Best Funeral Home (2781 PA-257, Seneca, PA 16346). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hile-Best Funeral Home, Inc. (2781 PA-257, Seneca, PA 16346).
