It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faye J. Lobaugh of Oil City, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Hunter and Gertrude Hunter (Jae); and her brother Tim Hunter. She is survived by : her daughters, Sherie Joseph (Paul) of Seneca and Shelley Kuhns (Michael Caldwell) of Oil City; her grandchildren, Allison Fisher (Bryce), Abigail Joseph, Ashley Zacherl, Alexis Kuhns and Ariel Kuhns; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Bailey Smalley, Ethan, Jordan Faye Zacherl and Ashtyn Streczywilk. She is also survived by family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Venango County Humane Society, 286 S. Main St., Seneca PA 16346; or to Precious Paws Animal Rescue 3636 Rte. 257, Seneca PA 16346.
