With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary R. Sellen of Oil City, Pennsylvania, born in Titusville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 24, 2021 at the age of 63. He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas R. Sellen and Lois Sellen (Schweitzer). He is survived by : his close friend Misty Snyder of Oil City; his children, Charity Brown (Joseph Jr.) of Oil City, Kimberly Brockway (Matthew) of Titusville, Jesse Sellen (Carrie) of Titusville and Kaitlyn Sellen of Titusville; and his siblings, Rod Sellen (Mary) of Meadville, Darel Sellen (Dianna) of Titusville, Susan Snyder (Paul) of Spartansburg and Holly Sterling of Titusville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
