Cowfer; his children, Brenda Smith of Franklin, Ken Smeltzer (Shelley) of Oil City and Steve Smeltzer of Oil City; his grandchildren, Anthony, Ian, Rebecca, Rick, Colin, Carlee and Chloee; and his siblings, Rita Greenberg, Sharon Mikus and Gilbert Schrock.
