He is survived by: his children, Cindy Edwards of Lincolnville, Jack Daly Jr. of Cochranton, Michael Daly of Oil City, Pamela Daly of Union City, Brenda Edwards (Grant) of Meadville and Lenda Slater (Thomas) of Girard; his grandchildren, Ashley, Kelsey (Larry), Alex, Samantha, Lance, Lisa, Dawn, Jeremy, Cody (Kayla) and Devin; his great grandchildren, Heidi, Hailey, Dakota, Brooklyn, JoJo, Ashley and Emma; and his siblings, Harold "Hank" Daly of Oil City, Larry Daly of Oil City, Ken Daly of Oil City, Albert Daly of Cherrytree, Shirley Daly of Meadville, Betty Oaks of Oil City and Ettabelle Daly of Oil City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
