It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. Middleton of Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 4, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Middleton and Hazel Irene Middleton (Oakes); his daughter Cheryl O'Neil; his siblings, Lee Middleton Jr., Archie Middleton, Glenn "Jack" Middleton, Raymond Middleton, Ronald Middleton and Helen Virginia "Sis" Middleton; and his former wife Clara Elizabeth Middleton.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Middleton (Amy), Lisa Myers (Jody), Dave Middleton (Ricki), Cindy Konetsky and Carol Wilson (Scott); his sibling's children, Jackie Middleton (Theresa) and Deborah Wolbert; and his sister-in-law Pauline Middleton. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
