She was predeceased by: her parents, James Morrison and Carol Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Fultz; her son Codie Webster (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Tucker of Seneca, Penelope of Seneca, Hazel of Seneca and Jack of Seneca; her son Casey Webster; her granddaughter Olivia of Rocky Grove; her son Colten Webster; her grandchildren, Maverick of Clarion and Maddix of Clarion; her stepson Matt Fultz of Oil City; her stepfather Charlie Baker; and her siblings, James Morrison (Keely) of Franklin, Juli Morrison (Dave Motter) of Seneca and Jami Hepler (Ted) of Oil City. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held privately for the family, with Rev. Roy Gearhart, pastor of the Galloway United Methodist Church, officiating. The funeral home will have social distancing protocols in place and strongly recommends those who are attending to wear masks.
