Kathryn Wise Heckathorn Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathryn Wise Heckathorn (Oil City, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 7, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her mother Bessie Kathryn Wolfe; and her son Thomas B. Tenney Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Judy Tenney (Debbie); her grandchildren, Rebecca Anderson (Andrew) of Oil City, Gregory Tenney (Kia) of Erie and Allye Tenney (Darius Bustamante); her great grandchildren, Aria Anderson, Troian and Beau Tenney; and her niece Marion Scott (Roger). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Reinsel Funeral Home & Crematory (116 Bissell Ave, Oil City, PA 16301). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Galloway Church of Franklin, Oakwood Heights or to a charity of ones choice.
