She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Frey and Tillie Bailey Frey. She is survived by : her husband Bill Warren of Perry, Georgia; her children, Cindy Hoffman (Randy) of Lake Park, GA and Kerry Warren (Samantha) of Reagan, TN; and her grandchildren, Jamie Harrell (Brian) of Adel, GA, Heather Briggs (John) of Lake Park, GA, Brooks Warren (Jessica) of Anchorage, AK and Brandi Guido (Matthew) of Kingsland, GA. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association, 3040 Riverside Dr, Macon, GA 31210.
