With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew Johnson of Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Johnson and Jean Usoff Johnson; his grandson Greyson; and his brother-in-law Bill Irwin. He is survived by: his daughters, Tamala Rublee (Chris) of Corry and Jessica Johnson (Brandon) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Liam, Nathanael Rublee, Zoei Heller (Cameron) and Tim Heller; his stepdaughter Jennifer Musser (Mark) of Indiana, PA.; his children, Izabella, Madison, Eva, Wade and Logan; and his siblings, Guy Johnson (Riza) of Emlenton, Fred Johnson (Vicki) of Ligonier, Marilyn Irwin of Little River, SC and Mary Mann (John) of Pittsburgh, PA..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reinsel Funeral Home (116 Bissell Ave, Oil City, PA 16301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
