With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma E. Renninger of Oil City, Pennsylvania, born in Tylersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 25, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Norm Roddy and Twila Rutherford Roddy; her husband Perry S. Renninger; and her sisters, Geraldine Byham, Lois Sterner, Shirley Irrgang and Audine Miller.

She is survived by : her sister Judy Dashner of Oil City; and her sister-in-law Helen Roddy of Oil City.
