He was predeceased by : his parents, James Delahunty and Edna Delahunty (Lantz); and his siblings, Carl, Dick Delahunty, Barbara Carlson and Constance Myers.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Lou; his children, Mark Delahunty (Teresa) of Plum, PA., Dawn Aducci (Jack) of Plum, PA. and Tammy Delahunty of Verona, PA.; and his grandchildren, Geno Lopreiato, Amber Delahunty and Matthew Delahunty.
