She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Stahlman and Jennie E. Baum Stahlman; and her husband James Monroe Harper. She is survived by: her children, Becky (Edward Holmberg), Philip Harper (Laura) of Oil City, Laura Lyle (Tom), James M. Harper Jr. (Mary), Stella Holloway (Brent) and David Harper (Patti) of Sarasota, FL; and her brother Russell Stahlman of Oil City. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
