She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smutek and Josephine Lisowksi Smutek; her husband Edward B. Skiba; and her siblings, Ted Smutek, Walter Smutek and Mary Zagorski.
She is survived by: her sister Genevieve Jordan of Henderson, NV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph Church (35 Pearl Ave, Oil City, PA 16301).
