William C. Thurau Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 97, William C. Thurau of Oil City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Thurau and Elsie Benson Thurau; his former life partner Marlene Morrison Thurau; his sister Alma Carlson Lundburg; and his half-brother Arthur Thurau Jr..
He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Hummer Thurau of Oil City; his son Alec Thurau (Lauren) of Pittsburgh; his siblings-in-law, Lance Hummer (Sherry), Jody Bruckner (Charlie), Trudy Carlson (Steve) and Judy Lundberg (Brad); and his pet Bella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews & great-nieces and nephews.
