We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2020, George Kuchak of Olyphant, Pennsylvania, born in Jessup, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his former life partner Audrea Klapatch Kuchak; and his parents, George Kuchak and Sophie Czhakowski Kuchak. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn "Cookie" Cavagnaro Kuchak; his son Jeffrey (Shannon); his granddaughter Nadia; his daughter Beth Kuchak; and also, Jeff, Barb Perri, Ashley, Courtney of Dunmore, Lisa DuPay (Ed Adams), Aleksey and Matthew Yurechko.
