She is survived by: her husband Michael Antonik; her children, James, Judy Keyasko and Janice Antonik; her grandchildren, Brianna Barbour (Derek) of San Antonio, Stephen Keyasko and Melissa Taramelli; and her siblings, Mildred Szwejkowski of Jacksonville, William of Blakely and Daniel of Scott Twp.
