It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Bak of Olyphant, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his wife Jadwiga Augustonowich Bak; and his parents, Stefan Bak and Marie Capcarova Bak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
