He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Ann Marie Foley; his parents, Luke and Mary Mullock of Scranton; his children, Katie Burrell (Mike), Kelly Lettieri Erin Scholl (Marc) and Luke Mullock; his siblings, Larry Mullock, Mary Beth Affeldt (Fred), Paul Mullock (Rosemary), Ellen Vitaletti (Jim), Rick Mullock (Mary), Ruddy (Joe) and Tom Foley (Kit); and his sister-in-law Midge Foley. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews; his extended family.
