She was predeceased by : her husband Frank Sandy Sr. Born; her parents, Chester Zombek and Sophie Kichner Zombek; her daughter Marilee Namiotka; and her siblings, Theresa Mecca, Chester Zombek Jr. and Joseph Zombek.
She is survived by : her children, Frank Sandy Jr. (Lisa) and Lori Gilman (Keith); her son-in-law Lee Namiotka; her grandchildren, Anjelica Sandy, Ryan, Stephen Namiotka, Amy, Larry and Abby Gilman; her great grandchildren, Greycyn, Carson, Cecilia and Maddox; and her siblings, Cathy Mekita, Sharon Sanko, John Zombek, Carol McHale, Leona Myers and Christine McCusker.
