He was predeceased by : his wife Jeanne V. Jacobs (Knotts); and his parents, Tony Jacobs and Anne Jacobs (Michael). He is survived by : his children, Richard H. Jacobs (Laura Ross) of Allentown, Keith Otto of Allentown and Leisha Otto of Florida; and his sisters, Connie Wagner of Allentown and Bernie Miller of Allentown. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
