He is survived by : his daughters, Amy Dorward (William) of Kutztown, Sarah Rau (Jeffrey) of Fogelsville and Jill Smith of Allentown; his stepchildren, Michael Burrell (Nicole) of Coplay and Kim Gutowski (Paul) of Littleton, CO; his siblings, David Smith (Nancy) of Allentown, Diane Conley (Donald) of Lenhartsville and Sandra DiGloria of Allentown; his grandchildren, Zoe Rau and Avery Dorward; his stepgrandson Graham Burrell; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Smith (Julie), Aaron Smith (Roxanne), Michelle Ellerman (John) and Melissa Conley (Frank Mohr); his close friend Margaret Johnson; and also Emily Mae Johnson of Germansville.
