He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse Baylor; and his wife Leona M. (Miller). He is survived by: his parent Mary Baylor; his children, Ralph F. Baylor (Carol) and Dennis W. Baylor (Karen); and his grandchildren, Jessica Baylor (Dan), Emma and Marsha Knoll (Bryan).
