She was predeceased by : her parents, John J., Jr. and Dorothy Petroski Kelly; and her brother John J. Kelly, Jr.. She is survived by : her daughters, Jennifer Feeley (John) of Crofton, MD, Jessica Holtzer (Richard Green) of Baltimore, MD and Juliette Neifert (Eric); her grandchildren, Caroline, Connor, Olivia Feeley, Naomi and Maria Neifert; and her sisters, Constance Heffner, Deborah Kelly, Patricia Quinn and Dorothy "Cookie" Long. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
