With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Hutira of Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 23, 2026 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hutira and Anna Sako Hutira; his wife Delia Barnett; and his siblings, Sue, John, Steve, Martin, Joseph and Russell.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Anthony, Phyllis Dodd (Chip) of Cary, NC and Paul Hutira; his grandchildren, Charles Anthony (Kimberly), Brian Anthony (Rosalina), Christin Peterman (Todd), Jason Hutira (Ann) and Tracy Hutira; his great grandchildren, Mitchel, Matthew Anthony, Deidre Anthony Anguiano, Lexi, Zach Peterman, Jack and Grace Hutira; and his great great grandchildren, Bennett, Bailee and Poppy Anthony.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Thomas M Sullivan Funeral Home Inc. (501 W Washington St, Frackville, PA 17931). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
