It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dolores Hajzak of Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lewis Causer and Gertrude Causer (Ream); her husband Andrew Hajzak; and her siblings, Susan Klymzak and Thomas Causer.

She is survived by : her daughters, Judith Casher (Roger) of Philipsburg, PA, Joan Domanick (Thomas) of Osceola Mills, PA and Janet Hajzak of New Port Beach, CA; her grandchildren, Warren Casher, Darren Casher (Lisa), Jennifer Morris (Jason) and Andrew J. Domanick (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Casher, Eva Morris, Katie Morris, Drew Domanick and Nick Domanick.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
