It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Brown (Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania), born in Houtzdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 6, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh Love and Ruth Ann Love (Davis); her husband Norman R. Brown, Sr.; and her brothers, Norman Love, William Love and Russell Love.

She is survived by : her children, Connie McCartney (Tim) of State College, PA, Linda Fetzer (Tom) of State College, PA, Norman R. Brown, Jr. (Lorie) of State College, PA and James H. Brown (Melissa) of State College, PA; her grandchildren, Todd Brown, Christen Lapsley, Ashley Pankiw, Chelsea Saltzer and Makayla Fetzer; and her great grandchildren, Cecilia, Reagan and Wyatt.
