We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2021, at the age of 55, Wilma Rae Frank (Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania), born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert A. Williams, Sr. and Bernadine L. Williams (Walk); her husband John S. Frank; and her brother Robert A. Williams, Jr. (Wilma). She is survived by : her close friend Paul Clancy, Jr. of Chester Hill; her daughters, Sarah A. Frank of Philipsburg, PA and Kristina A. Frank (Al Hagger, Jr.) of Clearfield, PA; her siblings, Tamara Hussey (Keith) of Milton, FL, Renae Kelly of Houtzdale, PA and Terry Williams of Osceola Mills, PA; and her grandchildren, Kash Crock and Klue Crock.
