She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie M. Smith and Edith M. Smith (Price); her former husband Guy William Croft; her husband Robert Gardner; her son James L. Croft Sr.; and her siblings, Jeanette Ford, Marion Eichelberger, Ruth Barrett, Russell Smith, Richard "Dick" Smith, Charles Smith (late Nellie) of Imler, Jesse "Bugs" Smith Jr., Raymond, Jig, Denny Smith, Harold Smith and Mary Smith.

She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly A. Young (Donald) of Breezewood, Marilyn L. Brown (Richard) of New Paris, Sharon M. Goodrich (Randy) of Breezewood and Sandra K. Morgart (William Martin) of Imler; her grandchildren, James L. Croft Jr., Desiree Croft, Derrick Croft, Stephanie Croft, Michael Croft, Vicki Fluke, Kristie Young, William Brown, Clayton Goodrich, Jessica Walters and Dustin Morgart; and her siblings, Shirley Ickes (Don) of Osterburg, Jane Horn (late John) of Manns Choice, Harry Smith (Janet) of Tulls Hill and Carl "Buck" Smith (Carol) of Yellow Creek. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
