George Kauffman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Kauffman of Osterburg, Pennsylvania, born in Bedford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior "Champ" and Dorothy "Mamee" Kauffman (Luttrell); his nephew Derek Lehman; and his father-in-law James Hershberger. He is survived by: his spouse Gaylene Kauffman (Hershberger); his children, Amy Day (Jesse Jr.) of Osterburg, Kip Kauffman (Tara) and Beth Kauffman (Josh Heming) of Imler; his grandchildren, Danessa Roudabush (Steven Jr.), Joshua Day (Lindsay), Kara Kauffman and Isac Kauffman; his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Kaden Roudabush and Paisley; his sister Karen Smith (Mike) of East Freedom; and his uncle Joe Lutrell of West Virginia. He is also survived by several nephews, and cousins.
