He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce E. Walter and Effie May Walter (Weyandt); his wife Sandra J. Walter (Rice); his brothers, Sheldon, Chalmer, Waugerman and Jay; and his son Eugene Ray.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Jo (Monte Colledge), H. Bruce Walter Jr. (Mary), Henry Walter, Effie Walter (Keith Brown) and Julie (Allen Gibson); and his grandchildren, Corey Colledge, Catie Shaffer and Savannah Gibson.
In lieu of flowers, Hubert requested to donate to your local fire department or help out your neighbor.
