Stiver, Jr. (Donna) of Lebanon, PA and Sherry D. Smith (Kelly) of Portage; her grandchildren, Dylan-Thomas Stiver, Alyssa Stiver, Drake Stiver, Hunter Stiver-Smith, Kelly Delozier (Smith), Angelica Smith and Alyssa "Munchkin" Custer; and her siblings, Thomas Kinsey, Jr. and Karen Machart (Beard) of Minnesota. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
