He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Rhodes and Mildred J. Churchman Rhodes; and his daughter Denise Miller. He is survived by: his children, Sandra (Gary Simmons) of Atglen, Laurie Rhodes of Bethel, PA and Frank, Jr. of Wilder, Vt.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
