It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Sophia Zarco (Oxford, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Buckingham and Virginia Bobbit; and her brother David Buckingham. She is survived by: her children, Virginia Leyva (Marco Leyva) of New Castle, DE, Tracy Rew Sheets of Maryland, Jamie Zavala (Antonio) of Delaware, Jimmy Rew of Delaware, Billie Jo Smallwood and Jose Lopez (Angie) of New Jersey; her stepdaughter Lisa Smallwood of Delaware; her sisters, Louise Lyons of Wilmington, DE and Betty Nickle (Robert Nickle) of Lawton, OK; and her sister-in-law Jackie Buckingham of Alabama. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
