She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dugan and Clare Dugan (Cannon); her husband Richard Polanki; and her sister-in-law Gloria Dugan. She is survived by: her children, Ann May (William) of Tipp City, OH and David Polanki (Katrina Ernst) of Slatington; her brother Charles Dugan of Allentown; her grandchildren, Joshua, Madeline May, Holly and David Polanki; and her nieces, Patti Dugan-Henriksen and Lisa Dugan.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church, Easton, PA 18045 or the family asks to do a good deed in memory of Clare.
