He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Serfass Sr. and Elsie Serfass Willever. He is survived by: his wife Dora A. Serfass; his children, Mark J. Serfass (Marion) of Vienna, VA, Brian J. Serfass (Ann Marie) of Easton, PA and Jamie L. Miller (Brett); his grandchildren, Ryan, Rachel Miller, Jonah, Ella Serfass, Anna and Christopher Serfass; and his siblings, Barry Willever (Judy), Ronnie Willever (Gayla), Terry Willever (Joni) and Joan Bellfy (Jim).
