She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Emmett and Helen Mattes (Sullivan); her husband Michael Golden; and her brothers, Robert Mattes and Joseph Mattes.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Maureen) of Pottsville, PA, Gregory (Eileen Jewell) of Philadelphia, PA, Kevin (Diana) of Virginia Beach, VA, Cathleen of Indiana, PA and Christopher (Andrea) of Bloomington, IN; and her siblings, Charles Mattes, James Mattes and Jane Duane (Mattes). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
