He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood A. Bentham, Sr. and Marguerite M. Bentham (Odenwelder); and his daughters, Danette Magnuson and Terri Stangeland. He is survived by: his wife Nancy I. Bentham (Lutz); his daughters, Wanda Ochental (Joe) of Wanaque, NJ and Michelle Borushak (Scott) of Sciota, PA; his siblings, Richard B. Bentham (Jane Weidman) of Palmer Township and Darlene Snyder of Dixon City, PA; and his grandchildren, Crystal, Jerry, Amber, Robert, Dana, Max, Dylan and Samantha. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
