He was predeceased by: his parents, Gennaro Lombardi and Adriana Lombardi (Miles); his wife Giuseppina "Josephine" (Pagnozzi); and his sister Mary Hayden. He is survived by: his children, Gino Lombardi (Laura) of Nazareth, Adriana Funari (Nicholas) of Stockertown, Libera Lombardi of Palmer Twp and Anna Loki (Lou) of Forks Twp; his sister Filomena Linaberger; and his grandchildren, Giovanna Nicolette Funari, Nicholas James Funari, Jr., Leah Rose Lombardi, Giuseppina Lucia Loki and Antonia Maria Loki.
