He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Garaffa and Angela Finazzo Garaffa; and his brother Antonino Garaffa. He is survived by: his children, Mario Garaffa (Angela) of Palmer Township and Angela Madonia (Batista) of Tampa, FL.; his grandchildren, Christian Garaffa-Cole, Gemma Madonia, Eleanora Madonia, Annalia Madonia, Giulia Garaffa and Giuseppe Garaffa; and his sisters, Ninfa Garaffa of Carini and Sicily.
