He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Hack" Chomicki and Blanche Chomicki (Stawicki). He is survived by: his wife Patricia I. Chomicki (Hines); his sons, Henry T. Chomicki and Michael Chomicki (Valerie); his grandchildren, Kevin Chomicki, Brandy Maleski and Amanda Hoffman (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Alex, Matthew Hoffman, Thomas Hines and Peter Hines; and his cousins, Michael Stawicki and Linda White. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
