He was predeceased by: his parents, Uzal Baldwin and Agnes Baldwin (Sliker); his wife Rose L. Baldwin (Rapp); his son-in-law Richard Heitzman; and his brother Alfred Baldwin.
He is survived by: his children, Richard G. Baldwin (Maureen) of Lumberton, NJ, Robert T. Baldwin, Sr. (Ellen) of Palmer Township and Janice L. Heitzman of Wilson Borough; his grandchildren, Stephan (Brooke), Alison (Nick), Jaclyn, Amanda (Ryan), Christopher (Niti), Robert, Jr. (Kelly), Rochelle and Raymond (Alaina); and his great grandchildren, Logan, Nick, Olivia, Gina, Remington, Sofia, Molly, Ella, Emily and Maya. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
