Meyers (Sam) of Delray Beach, FL and Jill L. Koose (Gene) of Forks Township; her sister Doris V. Moore of Palmer Township; her grandchildren, Lauren Meyers (David Grago), Justin Meyers, Jenna, Jarrett and Jaclyn Koose; her great grandchild Raina Meyers; her nephew Kim Moore; and her nieces, Kerie Pohlidal and Julie Webster.
